So how many times does your hood and kitchen exhaust system need to be cleaned? Many restaurants have scheduled cleanings every three months. How we clean your Exhaust System

Upon arriving at your restaurant after business hours we will cover all of your utilities and kitchenware with plastic to protect from the cleaning process.

Next, we go up on the roof and inspect the fan and vents for any damage or improperly installed items. Then we remove the hood fan and inspect the duct-work with a flashlight for completely clogged orifices in all areas. We will go down and spray the entire duct work with degreasing agent. This helps the grease come off and break down easily without over excessive scraping. We completely spray the inside of the fan on the roof. Then we pressure wash with steam water the fan and all orifices and shell. We completely spray off all excess oil and grease inside the ductwork from the roof to the hood below.

We go down to the hood in the kitchen and completely steam pressure wash the inside of the hood, and scrape any junk built up in your head crevices and grooves. We completely rinse all the grease and charcoal buildup while your hood filters are soaking in degreaser. This gives them a polished look after we are done.

We completely wipe down all stainless steel parts of your hood vent after removing out the protective plastic. We polish your hood so it not only looks great and professional but will withstand grease buildup for a longer amount of time.

We finish things up by properly installing all hood filters and inspect the entire kitchen for any mistakes or overlooked areas. And as always, we add your commercial kitchen cleaning inspection certification.
